The Weekender tickets will give you admission to the event ONLY.

In order to camp and bring your vehicle into the grounds you will need to have a Pitch Pass included in Family Package or with Adult ticket, which will give you a 6 metre x 7 metre camping pitch. This will give you room for ONE vehicle and an awning/tent. As long as you can fit in that space thats fine by us.

No Generators

No Electric hook ups

Free Showers allocated on the Family field 

 

Site Descriptions

General Camping – Inside the main grounds of the Hall on the left hand side off main driveway

Family Camping – On the Sports Field at Holt Football Club, a short walk through woodland and general camping to get to the Main Arena

Arena Camping – Situated in the heart of the Main Arena

Vintage Camping – Camping on the front lawn of the Hall. The requirements are that it’s a Pre 79 VW Vehicle and you have NO tents. You can have a small awning but must not damage the ground. You will automatically get entered into Show & Shine.

Club Camping – All Club Leaders need to email us direct at dubsatthehall@yahoo.co.uk and we will manually sort your club numbers etc.

Day Tickets - Day Admission only and cannot be used in any shape or form for camping! Day Parking is on Holt Sports Field.

 

Confused?

Here is an example...

If you want to camp on the General Field and there are 4 of you and you're coming in 1 car. You will need to buy a 1 Adult Weekend Camping Ticket + Pitch and 3 Additional Adult Weekend Camping Tickets

If you get stuck email us...

A pitch pass is only available with 1 Adult Weekend Camping Ticket

If you want to camp next to your friends and family the only way you can do this is to book the same field as them and be in the que next to them when you arrive.

FAQs - Tickets

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

ID is advised for all visitors as we will be operating a challenge 21 system

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a full paying adult

What can/can't I bring to the event?

No glass permitted on site

No open fires

BBQs allowed, but must be kept off the ground

No sky lanterns or fireworks are permitted

No independent sound systems

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes, all tickets need to be scanned on arrival. No ticket, no entrance

What is the refund policy?

No refunds are given at all unless event is cancelled before start date

Can i purchase camping tickets on the day of the event?

All camping pitches will have sold out before the event starts and no additional space will be available to purchase on the weekend. Please ensure you have purchased your pitch pass with your Adult Weekend Camping Ticket. If you have decided to join your friends or family and they have already purchased a pitch, you will need to purchase an Additional Weekend Camping Ticket and be able to fit on their pitch, however you will not be permitted to bring a vehicle into the camping area or leave in Day Parking
